Privacy Policy
Summary
- Your photos never leave your device. Patterns, PDFs and PNGs are made in your browser.
- There are no accounts, and we do not ask for your name or email to use the tools.
- We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and anonymous tool events. There are no ads and no advertising trackers.
Photos, text and files
When you choose a photo, your browser reads it and calculates the pattern on your device. The photo, its file name and the text you type into the tools are not sent to us or anyone else, and are not stored by us. If you close the tab, they are gone.
Settings stored on your device
Tools remember your settings (such as fabric count or number of colors) in your browser's local storage, so they are there next time. This data stays on your device. Use "Clear saved settings" on any tool, or clear your browser's site data, to remove it.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which tools are used and to fix problems. It records pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and a small set of anonymous events, such as "a pattern was generated" with rough size ranges (for example "50–99 stitches wide") or "a PDF was downloaded". We never send images, file names, typed text or exact settings. Google's processing is described in its privacy policy. You can block analytics with a browser extension or your browser's tracking protection, and the tools will work the same.
If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply, and delete correspondence we no longer need.
Children
The site is a general-audience craft resource and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
